It doesn't matter if he is white, yellow, green, orange, brown, black, gray, or whatever other color you could think of, a rapist, is a rapist, pure and simple. And even if they didn't do it for the sexual gratification, I still say that cutting their manhood off and transplanting it to their forehead would be justice enough. They would be so concerned then about keeping things from "dangling" out in the open, they wouldn't think of anything else.

My point is this, regardless of whether they are undocumented, documented, native, white, black, asian, mexican, german, polish, yellow, blue, or freakin purple, there are rapists, murderers, robbers, and drug dealers of all ethnicities. Illegal immigrants are not people that do not do these things either, just like all other races. There are these types of people in all races. You ( anyone) can NOT say that Illegal immigrants never do any of these things, that is absurd.
There are bad people everywhere, evil obviously doesn't discriminate.

As soon as I seen the post I knew ole R13 would be jumping in with a reply. Maybe it's just me, and I respect your opinion, but no matter what the post is about, seems you always have something to say, kind of like you just agree or disagree for the hell of it. Always on one extreme or the far opposite. As for immigrants, sure I dislike the **** out of them, if they come to the states it should be legal, if not they need to be shipped right back across the border IMO. Yea different topic altogether, anyways.... Carry on.

The crime is heinous regardless of what type of individual commited it. However, if there was a more secure border and less illegals flooding the country maybe it would be easier to deal with the crimes committed by our citizens.

Well, deport him. I don't want to pay taxes to keep his sorry ass in prison here. Let his country deal with him.
On the topic of illegal immigration, I would support amnesty toward the illegals who obeyed the law despite breaking it by being here illegal, if that makes sense.
But if an illegal immigrant is here and rapes someone, then they should be sent right back to where they came from. That would be a lot harsher than the American people paying taxes for him to sit in prison.
If an American citizen does it, make his or her life hell.

Devils Advocate here.
So if you're the parents of this kid (or any child victim), would you find it acceptable that the undocumented rapist gets more time than the legal resident? What if you're the parent of a child raped/molested by a resident.. should your child's rapist get less time than an undocumented person?
